We guarantee seating with a deposit, but not a particular party table or the “Party Room”.

Adult Parties:  Reservations can be made for 7 or more painters with a $50 non-refundable deposit going towards party.  Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded to a credit card or a store credit will be issued.  7 people or more must paint in order for there to be a discount in studio fees.

Parties are scheduled in 2 1/2 hour blocks of time. Exceeding this time frame will result in the forfeit of the $50 party deposit.

Please feel free to bring your own food.  Beer & wine is fine.

 

Kids Parties:  Reservations can be made for 7 or more painters with a $50 non-refundable deposit, going towards party.  Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded to a credit card or a store credit will be issued.  7 people or more must paint in order for there to be a discount in studio fees.

Parties are scheduled in 1 1/2 hour blocks of time.  Exceeding this time will result in the forfeit of $50 party deposit.

Adult supervision is a must.  One non-painting adult, per five children under the age of ten.  Due to the limited seating at Glaze Under Fire, parents of guests are kindly asked to enjoy shopping at the Winter Park Village while party is in progress.

 

Hosting parent may pre-select bisque items to fit their budget.  This selection can be made the day of the party or a few days prior.  Any selections made more than 5 days in advance of party, must be paid in full.  Special orders for bisque items need to be placed 4 weeks prior to party and paid in advance.  All studio rates will be charged the day of the party.

 

Refreshments:  Food, cake and presents are welcome.

 

Party Cancellation Policy:  All deposits are non-refundable.  If a party is canceled with more than 48 hours notice, the deposit can be applied to another party of seven or more painters.  This party must be scheduled within 30 days.  Cancellation of parties with less than a 48 hour notice will forfeit deposit.

Deposits paid with credit cards are charged the day the reservation is made, not day of the party.

 

Scheduled Party Times:

WEEKDAYS:   Parties of 7 to 107 painters; we are flexible with available times.

SATURDAY AFTERNOONS:  (Parties of 10-15 painters)       11:00am or 2:30pm

                                                       (Parties of 7-10 painters)                 12:00pm or 3:30pm

                                                       (Parties of 7-8 painters)   times are flexible based on availability

                                                       (Parties of 15+ painters)  times are flexible based on availability

Saturday evenings after 6:00pm, children must be over age 12.  Sorry no kids parties after 3:30pm on Saturdays.

SUNDAYS:  Parties of 7 to 107 painters; we are flexible with available times.  Last party scheduled at 3:30pm.

Late Arrivals:  We reserve the right to release tables 15 minutes after scheduled reservation.

Private Parties:  Will be scheduled in our private party room with a room rental fee and minimum number of painters.  Room rental fee: $200 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday parties.  Minimum of 25 painters (or 25 pieces painted with studio fees).  Room rental fee: $150 for Monday-Thursday parties. Minimum 15 painters (or 15 pieces painted with studio fees). **Please Note**  Room rental fee is in addition to party deposit, pottery and studio fees.
